Atomic Cocktail
Ingredients: 1 1/2 tablespoos fresh lemo juice
1/4 teaspoo salt
2 grids of black pepper from a pepper mill
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 heapig teaspoo miced oio
1 heapig teaspoo grated fresh horseradish
4 ouces chilled tomato juice
2 1/2 ouces chilled vodka or tequila
2 ice cubes
Pickled asparagus spear for garish (optioal)

Preparation:
Combine the lemon juice, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a glass.Press the onion through a garlic press to extract the juice. Add the juice to the mixture. Press the horseradish through the garlic press to extract the juice and add to the mixture. Combine with the chilled tomato juice; taste and adjust the seasoning.Pour the vodka or tequila into an 8-ounce glass. Stir in the tomato juice mixture.
